Using Gym Buddy
Gym Buddy is a training companion. These terms cover what you can expect from the app and what we expect from you, in plain terms.
Fair use
Use Gym Buddy for your own training and coaching. Do not abuse the service, scrape it, try to break it, or use it to harass other members.
Your account
You sign in with Google and are responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your Google account secure, since it is how you get in.
Your content
The training records and notes you create stay yours. We store them only to run the app, as described on the privacy page, and we do not sell them.
Feedback and testimonials
Feedback you leave should be honest and your own. If you allow a testimonial to be public, you let the coach show it as social proof, in the way described on the privacy page. Coaches are responsible for how they use the feedback they receive.
Provided as is
Gym Buddy is offered as is, without warranty. It is a training log, not medical or fitness advice, so train sensibly and consult a professional where needed. We may change or pause features, and update these terms, as the app evolves.
